Massachussetts Motorcycle Accident Blog

A Man from Somerville has been indicted on a vehicular homicide charge for allegedly driving drunk and killing the passenger on his motorcycle this past July.  The man, Richard Migliacci, was riding his motorcycle in Somerville, MA near Wellington Circle when he ran a red light, cut off a semi-truck and hit the median, throwing his passenger off the bike.  Both Richard and his passenger were taken to Massachusetts General Hospital where Sinead Lovett was pronounced dead.  An arraignment date has not been set.  The Motorcycle Lawyers represent bikers all over Massachusetts including cities like Somerville and Middlesex.
